how to share your who, why and how

Get personal. Your audience wants to know you, the person behind the brand.

Your website and social media needs to communicate who you are, your story, experiences and motivation behind your product or service. This can be done through text, video, photography or even better, a combination of both!

We highly recommend the inclusion of a welcome video on the home page of your website to build an instant connection and relationship with the user. The inclusion of an ‘Our story’ or ‘Meet your team’ section on the website is also an effective way to convey who you are in a relatable way. This messaging should also be distributed in a visual bite sized pieces of information within your social media messaging.

“A passionate belief in your business and personal objectives can make all the difference between success and failure. If you are not proud of what you’re doing, why should anyone else be?” – Richard Branson

You need to clearly communicate why your product or services are different and how these differences benefit your client. You can communicate this through a number of successful ways. Having a ‘Why choose us?’ section that clearly states the benefits of your services will get your message across in a simple and clear way.

You could also create eye-catching sliders that encourage the user to take action or seek further information based on the question or statement made. Case studies and testimonials are also a great way to communicate your uniqueness.

Showcase how you can solve the user’s problems in a clear and precise way. This might be by asking pain point questions or simply stating a solution to a common industry problem. People relate to stories, include case studies of people you have helped in combination with testimonials to build trust.
